Skill Development of Working Professionals: NASSCOM FutureSkill Signs MoU with Pearson India

An MoU was recently signed between NASSCOM FutureSkill and Pearson India under which both entities look to offer skill training to working professionals across the country. The partnership will also support the development of a comprehensive framework for the upskilling and reskilling of employees in the IT-BPM industry.
According to a report, as many as 2.3 to 2.7 million digitally skilled professionals will be in demand by 2023. It also said around 1.5 to 2 million professionals out of 4.5 million employed today will require reskilling in the next few years.
