Smart dustbins developed for disposal of garbage in hospitals

Researchers have developed smart dustbins for contactless disposal of garbage in hospitals for frontline healthcare workers.

Lovely Professional University, Punjab has developed a smart dustbin that can be used for contactless disposal of the garbage and it has successfully conducted trials in the university.

It can be summoned by calling “Ally, come to bed no 10”. It collects the garbage and returns back to the original position.
