SyncMedia acquires media tech organization Adorithm

SyncMedia, which counts HUL, Vivo, Apple, H&M, Philips, Pizza Hut, Maruti, Ford, Pepsi, Lufthansa, Ultratech, Samsung among others as its customers, has declared the acquisition of the media-tech organization, Adorithm.

As a major aspect of the acquisition, SyncMedia would ingest the group, item, and protected innovation of Adorithm for $1 million.

Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, SyncMedia tallies promoting industry veteran Sandeep Goyal’s Mogae Media as its investor. SyncMedia utilizes man-made consciousness and AI to assist sponsors with understanding viewership example and measure the exhibition of their TV and computerized battles.
