Tech firms conducting online interviews to hire candidates due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Tech giants are conducting interviews through virtual meetings and their onboarding is postponed till next month.
CEO of Cognizant said, “Companies conduct interviews virtually and when a new hiring takes place the same procedure is followed”.
Wipro said, “Company will conduct face to face meetings when everything is stable, for now company will conduct virtual meetings”.
