Tech Mahinda, i2Chain Team up to Capitalize on Next-Gen Technologies

Tech Mahindra Ltd. and US-based startup i2Chain Inc. have announced a strategic partnership under which they aim to take advantage of next-gen technologies for business growth. They look to offer a blockchain-based cybersecurity application to their customers which can bring down the costs of security incidents while providing smoother access to information.
Vivek Agarwal, who is the head of Corporate Development and Portfolio Companies at Tech Mahindra, said that enterprises face a challenge of providing cost-effective data security under the volume of data used across 5G networks. He said that i2Chain can help in achieving the high-speed transfer of information under secure environments especially in highly regulated industries like Healthcare, Finance, etc.
