Tech Mahindra acquires DigitalOnUs for $120 million

IT significant Tech Mahindra on Monday said it has procured DigitalOnUS, a cross breed cloud and DevOps services supplier, for $120 million (about ₹898 crore) to expand hybrid cloud offerings for big business clients worldwide. Tech Mahindra has gained 100% stake in the association to fortify cloud-local turn of events, crossover cloud foundation and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) automation, an assertion said.
In a regulatory filing, Tech Mahindra said the absolute thought for the deal is “up to $120 million including retention bonus and Earnout”. DigitalOnUs is settled in San Jose, the US, and has in excess of 380 workers. For the financial year finishing December 31, 2020, its income was at $30.6 million.
“The securing of DigitalOnUs will improve Tech Mahindra’s capacity in cloud local designing, and position it to create cutting edge digital solutions for its clients. The close to shore delivery ability of DigitalOnUs, with most of its essence in Mexico, will be basic to execute digital transformation programs,” the filing said.
