Telemedicine helps doctors and patients during lockdown via audio/video calls and electronic platforms.
It has three levels: Diagnosis through voice calls, video calls and through an electronic medium has been a boon for the people getting treatment.
Dr. Ramakrishnan, the director at the Chennai-based Nithra Institute of Sleep Sciences said, “Telemedicine is one of the best options for treating the patients with medical problems”.
