Uber launches public transport feature in Delhi

Uber has tackled a huge problem for Delhi commuters by launching a public transport feature.

Uber has many plans for India to tackle the hassle of travelers and make it easy for them to reach their destination. 

This feature is made to understand the users’ problems and their preferences.

Uber App will show Public Transport option alongside UberGo, Premier and Pool.

Once you select the Public Transport option you will see real-time schedules, fastest and cheapest routes as well as departure time which includes Metro, buses and walking distance and directions, to and from nearby Metro stations and bus stops.

Uber is keeping up with the changes in digital technologies used by people and adding new features to tackle the ongoing causes.

Uber is trying to change how people use Uber and have goals to reduce congestion, expand access to transportation and tackle air pollution.  This new feature is a stepping stone to achieve many more goals.
