Ujjivan Bank to Appoint 500 Graduates to Help Customers with the Digital Platform

Ujjivan small Finance Bank Limited is planning to place 500 tech-savvy graduates in about 500 of its branches across the nation to assist the customers with its digital platform.
The “Digi Buddies”, as the bank has decided to call the candidates, will be introduced to the public in January 2018.
The lender’s MD and CEO Samit Ghosh said that at present, the bank has 10,500 employees. He added that during the note-ban a large number of customers had to face difficulties to operate on the digital platform.
