I took away two lessons from TSCFM: learn and apply. The activities have helped me a lot throughout the journey, and TSCFM has provided the best of it, as in I received more practical knowledge of the banking sector, and how to achieve goals in the banking sector, and how to deal with customers through numerous case studies, OJT session was beneficial, came to know how things work in the corporate sector.

I always intended to pursue a career in banking. My overall experience was excellent; I have noticed many changes in myself and have improved my confidence and my communication skills. I would like to thank Twinkle Ma'am for her unique teaching methods, who does not rely on textbook knowledge but rather on different activities to teach us communication skills. My OJT experience was so positive that I learned how the corporate world really operates.

In this course, I learned how to communicate, how to indulge, and how to give group presentations. The role plays and storytelling activity has been highly beneficial to me. The OJT session has helped me improve my presentation skills, overcome stage fright, and develop a positive attitude.

I joined TSCFM because I want to be a banker, and I'm confident and motivated about my career. The On Job Training Session was beneficial and has helped me gain a lot of knowledge about BFSI, and twinkle ma'am is one of my favorite mentors until now, and TSCFM has helped me a lot in building my communication skills.

Professors here are encouraging and helpful, also they teach new skills; my best mentor is Kinnari Patel, who has always been encouraging. The activities taught me how to interact with others and how to create a healthy working environment. TSCFM molds students in such a way that they are prepared to face the challenges of the finance industry. I want to make career in banking sector that is why I chose this program

TSCFM has greatly aided me in improving my command of the English language through activities and gaining a clear vision of the banking sector, such as how the banking sector works. In the On Job Training session, I learned SOPS to follow while working in corporate; we discussed presentation skills, email ethics, and data interpretation, and overall, it was a great experience. Thanks to TSCFM for giving me this opportunity.

The PDRM course is excellent. Through this course, I got a chance to visit National Stock Exchange (NSE); my interest in the stock market also sprouted. The mock interviews and presentations boosted my confidence and made me industry-ready. Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management showcased how the markets work and what is the path to reach our goals. After appearing for two interviews, I got placed in Tradebulls Securities PVT Ltd as Business Development Manager. I believe choosing TSCFM was truly a blessing for me.

Sana Ma’am and Usama Sir made our learning experience exceptional, as they taught us beyond the syllabus and pushed us to go beyond our limits. They made all the students habituate to reading news regularly. So that is what made the course extraordinary. Lastly, I want to add that I am glad I chose this course.

The PDRM course covered practical learnings that helped me hone my behavioural and time management skills. With these skills, I feel confident and Industry-ready at present. Altogether, the course was excellent.

My experience at Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management was wonderful. It has helped me in many ways; majorly, my leadership and communication skills improved, primarily because faculty members were the key support. I will suggest this institute to all my friends seeking to advance their careers.

I had a great learning experience and learned comprehensively about banking products, customer service, and relationship management. Through this, I developed my confidence and presentation skills. Moreover, the faculty taught us the importance of communication skills and relationship building. In addition, the placement team also shared tips with us for cracking the interview.

Pursuing the PDRM course was altogether a new experience for me. I got the opportunity to learn about communication significance, sales management, and, most importantly, the BFSI industry. The Activities taught me never to give up no matter how difficult the circumstances. Overall, the course helped me get clarity about my career, and today, I am confident that choosing the BFSI sector as a career was the right decision.

In BFSI Industry, customer interaction is the fundamental aspect. However, learning sales is significant; the PDRM course helped us know about sales and relationship management. Especially Usama Sir, who teaches everything in detail. The unique feature of this program is the teaching methodology used for students. They groom us entirely for the BFSI industry. Moreover, the placement team are doing their best to place us in our desired job. It is the best institute that helps students grow in their careers.

TSCFM conducted various fun-learning activities for us to elevate our confidence and upgrade our skills. Besides these, our banking sector knowledge also increased with the help of exceptional faculty who were always approachable. Wholly, these helped me get a placement at Kotak Mahindra Bank as Assistant Manager. Lastly, I want to add that if you are looking for better career opportunities, you must enroll at Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management right away.

I had an incredible journey at TSCFM, and the faculty played a significant role in making my journey so smooth. I liked this course because practical learning is more emphasised here. The learnings are made easier through role-plays, simulations, and presentations that make you Industry-ready. Also, the learnings uplifted my confidence manifestly and made me suitable for ‘Reddito Capital’.

I joined TSCFM because I wanted to expand my banking knowledge and get a job in a reputed organization. And indeed, TSCFM helped me, the faculty was genuinely supportive, and I have learned how to maintain customer-relationship, know what are the key banking terms; in essence, I acquired in-depth about the BFSI industry. Whereas, speaking about the placement process, it was simply impressive and up to the mark.

I always used to feel the financial sector is a huge sector, and getting a job in this industry will be difficult for me. But later, I joined TSCFM, and I thought it was worth pursuing this course. All I want to say to the banking aspirants is, opportunity always knocks once, please grab it. Lastly, I can’t describe my happiness in words as I never expected I will be getting a job in ‘Kotak Mahindra,’ all thanks to TSCFM!!

Pandemic made it difficult for me to communicate with my peers. My confidence level started diminishing, to which I stopped myself from appearing in interviews. I was worried about my future, as getting a job as a fresher is very difficult. But then I joined TSCFM, faculty of TSCFM motivated each student to speak. They pushed us a bit harder to uplift our confidence. Furthermore, they prepared us for job interviews. Today, I got a job, which is all because of TSCFM, and currently, I am proud of myself.
