I would like to say every lecture was new learning to us. What we learned at TSCFM, is now correlating to our work-life. Eventually, I understood the reason behind all the activities and sessions that were conducted during the course. Mainly, the group activities were organized to help us understand how groups perform at the corporate level. On the whole, how communication plays a vital role. These were the great learnings we acquired, and now it is manifesting in our work lives.
The experience at TSCFM was really good, the time I started my journey in TSCFM, I was lacking confidence in myself, however, later giving several presentations on various topics and getting different industries' understanding boosted my confidence. Comparably, my presentation skills were improved. All this was possible because of the faculty members, especially Byju Sir & Nitin Sir, who were always available for guidance. To be truthful, I feel pride in saying that both the Sirs were my backbone throughout the course.
Throughout the course, we got in-depth understandings of budgets, stock markets, and so forth. Also, we had live budget discussions to get better insights. Top industry mentors were arrived to expound to us about real markets. The best part was faculty was always approachable to solve our queries & doubts. Moreover, to keep us engaged, various activities were conducted. Altogether, it was a beautiful learning experience.
At TSCFM, I had a fruitful journey and have learned a lot. Before joining TSCFM, I lacked some set of skills, and TSCFM helped me build on those skills. All the faculty members here are well-disposed, and still today, we have a good connection with them. Be it the faculty or team behind, all are amazing. Additionally, what I love about TSCFM is, it is more practical based studying than theoretical based. Entirely, it was a mixture of both learning and enjoyment. Lastly, to add, I have enjoyed my two years like anything.
TSCFM gave me the platform to polish myself in every aspect. At TSCFM, learnings here is never limited to theories. However, it is more practical-oriented. The activities were so strategic based that they aided us in learning comprehensively about management. Every faculty used to share their own experience with us, which became our learnings at a very young age. Lastly, I would like to recommend TSCFM to all others since I have witnessed myself and my classmates grow & flourish.
I always used to feel the financial sector is a huge sector, and getting a job in this industry will be difficult for me. But later, I joined TSCFM, and I thought it was worth pursuing this course. All I want to say to the banker aspirants is, opportunity always knocks once, please grab it. Lastly, I can’t describe my happiness in words as I never expected I will be getting a job in ‘Kotak Mahindra,’ all thanks to TSCFM!!

Pandemic made it difficult for me to communicate with my peers. My confidence level started diminishing, to which I stopped myself from appearing in interviews. I was worried about my future, as getting a job as a fresher is very difficult. But then I joined TSCFM, faculty of TSCFM motivated each student to speak. They pushed us a bit harder to uplift our confidence. Furthermore, they prepared us for job interviews. Today, I got a job, which is all because of TSCFM, and currently, I am proud of myself.

The ask.CAREERS banking program is one of the most comprehensive that I’ve seen that trains the fresh college graduates with the right skills and knowledge to get a job at a Top Bank. I would be confident hiring graduates from this program.

I’ve been associated with many management institutes, but ask.CAREERS is one institute which provides so much practical learning which is lacking these days in many graduates who pass out from other management schools. So, hats off to your team for creating such a wonderful institute.

People generally have a very myopic approach when it comes to the curriculum where they just stick to a couple of lessons and have things done. This is one of the best institutes which has a pragmatic approach to the study environment.

Most events in colleges have experts from one or two fields during events, whereas here, during their industry week, people from diverse field have come together. That’s what makes it exciting. Hands on learning approach is really positive.

Businesses these days are extremely impatient and can hardly wait to induct the people on board, so training the students with a practical approach makes them more adaptable and efficient.

The teaching methods & pedagogy is used here brilliant. Great to see the eagerness in the students to learn. Having not just exams is a good thing as it makes students more communicative.
