Who knew punk and politics could collide? Watch here…
Moscow based punk rock all-woman band Pussy Riot broke the internet by combining political issues with music. The badass group of women founded the band in 2011 and mastered guerilla performances concerning feminism, LGBT rights, and opposition to Russian Presidency of Vladimir Putin.
Their latest video ‘Make America Great Again’ is a slam on Donald Trump and the upcoming elections in the US, asking hard hitting questions with their protest art: ‘What do you want your world to look like? What do you want it to be?’
