Mr Birla Spoke about how he wants the session as a chat room inspired event, rather being a Q & A session. He spoke about spirituality and what he does, in general, to gain peace and serenity. On being asked about his idea of success he told that it comes sooner or later to every individual but its only valued when comes in a ethical manner with purity.

He spoke how he is a family oriented man and his personal time is devoted to family exclusively. Students questioned him, about his fitness mantra and its usage in his lifestyle, he said, its his hobby, which he has turned into a habit, so no matter what, he never misses his weights training.

On the query about how it feels being THE Yash Birla, his answer was, its all about achievement and performance and most importantly being genuine in life. Also, how Lord Krishna is the influencer in his life and how he looks upto him. Business wise they have grown manifolds and how they maintain work life balance is all influenced by the Bhagwat Gita.

The next query, was about his strategy for the new business that he has ventured into as WELLNESS & LIFESTYLE. The latest multi crore land acquisition at Hyderabad was for this business and how he believes in this business as he himself is a fitness freak.

Mr Birla, he told, our young managers how much it is important to be yourself and also self belief is the best motivation to an individual. He was really happy and was contended to be inside the conference room with so many fresh faces.
