Hurry up and register for a Self-Defence Workshop for Women at the TSCFM campus!
May 15, 2013
Centre for Management strives to give hands-on training to students and professionals in order to find solutions for real life problems. As a result, in times of increasing violence against women, CFM has organized a Self-Defence Workshop For Women conducted by Hollywood star, martial arts expert and stuntman Glen Levy.
Glen Levy was featured in National Geographic’s best rating series ever ‘Fight Science’ where they named him the ‘most dangerous man on the planet.’ At 74 kg it is hard to believe he packs a punch of 12,986psi (six times that of Mike Tyson!). A complete martial artist with seven black belts, Levy will be in Mumbai conducting self-defence workshops and promoting his new film, ‘The Reluctant Heroes’.
The CFM workshop will include:
– Defence theory and practical applications
– Explanation and discussion of what’s being taught about self defence at present
– The Do’s of Personal Protection
– Attacker psychology
– Anatomical targets to attack
– A selection of Self Protection worst case techniques
The entry fee for students is Rs.800 and $25 (Rs. 1,368) for others. To participate in the workshop, email your confirmation at ram.maheshwary@centreformanagement.com Payment can be made at the venue before the event.
