New Initiative by TSCFM to Create Industry Ready Graduates.

SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers) is world’s largest professional, not-for-profit Human Resource association. Under the aegis of its University Alliances initiative, SHRM India has designed a unique HR-Integrated program where Industry managers train, mentor and guide students while they are in college. The goal of this initiative is to make students succeed quickly in whatever job they get on graduation.
CFM is one of the first Business Schools to sign up for SHRMs University Alliances program.
The entire engagement involves close interaction and engagement of the HR and Technical Leads or Managers of leading organizations with the students for a given number of hours in a bid to help them understand the reasons for “Rejection or Selection” while preparing for placement interviews.
This novel initiative helps and benefits the key stakeholders, as follows:
Institutes – They get to develop long-term and sustainable relations with the corporate world.
Industry – They are able to mold the students who would be their prospective hires and expect a better productive graph.
Students – They get a once in a lifetime opportunity to interact with and learn from the very people who will eventually select, hire or reject them when they apply for a job. Students also learn to handle the integration challenges in an effective manner.
