SBI Mingle is the bank’s attempt at bringing social media and banking together. It’s a unique app that allows SBI’s customers to avail a number of banking services from the bank’s Facebook page and Twitter account.

How Does SBI Mingle Work?

Any SBI customer can download the SBI Mingle app on their smartphone. Once they have registered on the same, they can enjoy a number of services such as balance inquiry, transfer of funds, mini statements, etc. especially with their social media friends on Facebook and Twitter.
The following are the steps you can take to use the SBI Mingle app:

• Download the app on your smartphone from the relevant app store. It’s available for Android and iOS both.
• Launch the app and tap on the “USER” icon.
• You can now register yourself by using your existing Facebook account easily. However, if you don’t have one or you don’t want to, then you can also complete the registration process by sharing your contact number of an email ID.
• Enter your SBI Debit Card details. Click “Validate” once done. You will receive an OTP on your mobile for verification.
• Enter the OTP after which will need to enter a 6-digit password. This password will be required every time you log in your account.
• That’s it! You can now use the app’s services!

What Services are Offered by SBI Mingle App?

The following are some of the main services of SBI Mingle:

• Pay Merchant allows you to make payments for your purchases.
• Easy Pay allows you to send money to your friends through their Facebook accounts or phone contacts.
• Locate Merchant allows you to locate merchants that accept Mingle payments in your area.
• Get mini statements, account balance details, and even block your debit card to prevent fraud.
