2. What makes your client experience unique from other wealth managers?
- Let the client talk more than us
- I will speak 20 and client will speak 80 approach
- Interactive, make the client your friend
3. Can you tell us about the wealth management programme at Aditya Birla Money?
- Instead of asking to invest in the fund at the first meeting, i will not talk about product
- Product depends on what you need and that depends on what you are, so there are various tests done to find out what kind of a person you are and what is the best appropriate plan for you
- After the test is done, then the best possible plans will be offered according to the buyer’s interest (passive kind etc.)
- If the buyer doesn’t want to go for our offered plan then he has to sign it and give it to us so that if he regrets his decision he can’t blame us

- Interpret the news very well
- Voting machine in short term
