Before doing this course, I was unsure if I could be a part of the Banking Industry. However, later, I felt It was a part of my life. It helped me build confidence and made me realize what I am capable of. Thankful to the Shahani group for helping me through it!

First of all, I want to thanks all of the faculties of TSCFM. In TSCFM first thing you will learn is discipline and punctuality. Before this program, I was having no clear goal. However, all the faculties taught so well that I got my clear career direction. All I want to appreciate is the teaching style of each faculty. Lastly, I would like to say it was a very beautiful experience.

I would like to say, in the short time frame, I got to learn a lot from this course. Besides this, I have developed my personality and communication skills to a great extent. Especially because of the faculties who were truly amazing. They gave us comprehensive knowledge about banking and Insurance. In addition, TSCFM helped me get placed to Top banking company in India named ‘HDFC Securities. I believe TSCFM is the best option after your graduation, and whoever seeks a job in the banking sector should opt for TSCFM.

I am feeling so fortunate that I opted for this course and today I got placed in SBI Securities through it. The system has helped me improve my communication skills and also my knowledge of banking. I got an in-depth understanding of every aspect of BFSI. All this was possible because of the helpful faculty who were always available for our help. Especially, Sana Ma’am who was always there for my guidance.

I was searching for obtaining comprehensive knowledge of BFSI, and TSCFM put an end to my search as I opted for the right Institute. TSCFM gave me a thorough understanding and helped me grow both personally and professionally. They made you industry-ready and allowed you to get placed in your desire company.

In this critical condition, Thandamol Shahani center for Management has proven to be an excellent source of information. Thank you to all the hardworking ma'am for their continuous effort and concern towards our studies. I appreciate this mini journey of theirs and us, and I am very much satisfied with this.

It was my first virtual learning experience, and it went well. We were getting all the lecture-related updates on time, and most importantly, the course was beautifully designed as the non-banking students can also understand the banking sector accurately. Moreover, the faculty were so polite and friendly that they made us easy & comfortable to interact with them and solve our queries. To summarize, I have got to learn a lot from this course.

The most I liked about the BFSI Course was that all the faculties at TSCFM used to emphasize each student. To help us get indulge they used to conduct one-on-one sessions with us. They never made us feel the dearth of the physical classroom as all the faculties were acquainted with us. To explain my experience is one term, then it would be ‘excellent. It was indeed an incredible experience.

In TSCFM, faculty inputs 100% efforts to lift students’ careers. Every student has been given equal attention during the course. Also, I would like to add, during the online period, we only interact with the mentors & faculty at screens but also like to call attention to the team who are working really hard behind the screens. All in all, I want to thank the entire team for all their efforts in enhancing students’ career futures.

TSCFM not only widens your banking knowledge but also helps you upgrade your skills too. My communication skills have been improved and my public speaking fear is been vanished with the help of this course. I would also like to add a few thoughts on how well the course was organized during the times of Covid. It was a genuinely well-designed banking program every aspiring banking student should opt for.

It was always my dream to work in the banking sector as a salesperson, and today I got a job in Kotak Mahindra Bank as my desired designation. It was only possible because TSCFM faculty were all the time at our guidance. The mock tests and study materials were beneficial. Besides these, the way they prepared us for the interview was exemplary.

My dream company was Kotak Mahindra Bank and today I got placed in that same company because of the proper guidance and assistance I acquired during the course. My domain knowledge was upgraded, and also my confidence was boosted. My overall experience was outstanding because of all the supportive faculty members I got during my course time.

The best part of this course was all the faculty members were encouraging students to participate in activities conducted to boost students’ confidence. Also, we used to get immense support from their end if there was any guidance or assistance.

In a pandemic situation, conducting such a well-organized program that is meeting students’ needs and helping them to improve knowledge, upgrade skills, and get their desired jobs, is truly unique. I would like to say; it was a wonderful experience here.

Teaching Business English before the BFSI course is a great idea, I believe. To speak about the faculty, they really did the great job, to name a few, Usama Sir & Kinnari Mam lectures were excellent. Mainly, Akshat Nigam Sir helped me develop my confidence and escalate my communication skills. Overall, I had a wonderful experience as I see this course as a boost for freshers. The only regret I have is, I should have opted for TSCFM earlier!

It is a well-designed course, with great faculty members, mainly Usama Sir, we got to learn a lot from him. Besides these, I like the infrastructure and the orderly classrooms for students. To summarize, I had a great experience!!!

I always wanted to learn about mutual funds and stock markets in-depth, and TSCFM helped me learn comprehensively about the BFSI sector. Pandemic made it difficult for me to communicate with my peers. My confidence level started diminishing, to which I stopped myself from appearing in interviews. I was worried about my future, as getting a job as a fresher is very difficult. But then I joined TSCFM, faculty of TSCFM motivated each student to speak. They pushed us a bit harder to uplift our confidence. Furthermore, they prepared us for job interviews. Today, I got a job, which is all because of TSCFM, and currently, I am proud of myself.

I always used to feel the financial sector is a huge sector, and getting a job in this industry will be difficult for me. But later, I joined TSCFM, and I thought it was worth pursuing this course. All I want to say to the banking aspirants is, opportunity always knocks once, please grab it. Lastly, I can’t describe my happiness in words as I never expected I will be getting a job in ‘Kotak Mahindra,’ all thanks to TSCFM!!

My experience at TSCFM was excellent. The most I liked about the course were the activities sessions, the simulations, the role-plays, presentations. I always had a stage fear due to my low confidence; however, after pursuing the course, my confidence was developed, and my stage fear faded away. During the entire course, I learned thoroughly about the BFSI Sector. What I loved most about this course is that we got overall preparation right from sharpening our communication skills to upgrading our domain knowledge. In BFSI Industry, customer interaction is the fundamental aspect. However, learning sales is significant; the PDRM course helped us know about sales and relationship management. Especially Usama Sir, who teaches everything in detail. The unique feature of this program is the teaching methodology used for students. They groom us entirely for the BFSI industry. Moreover, the placement team are doing their best to place us in our desired job. It is the best institute that helps students grow in their careers.

Pursuing the PDRM course was altogether a new experience for me. I got the opportunity to learn about communication significance, sales management, and, most importantly, the BFSI industry. The Activities taught me never to give up no matter how difficult the circumstances. The PDRM course is excellent. Through this course, I got a chance to visit National Stock Exchange (NSE); my interest in the stock market also sprouted. Professors here are encouraging and helpful, also they teach new skills; my best mentor is Kinnari Patel, who has always been encouraging. The activities taught me how to interact with others and how to create a healthy working environment. I joined TSCFM because I want to be a banker, and I'm confident and motivated about my career. The On Job Training Session was beneficial and has helped me gain a lot of knowledge about BFSI, and twinkle ma'am is one of my favorite mentors until now, and TSCFM has helped me a lot in building my communication skills.

In this course, I learned how to communicate, how to indulge, and how to give group presentations. The role plays and storytelling activity has been highly beneficial to me. The OJT session has helped me improve my presentation skills, overcome stage fright, and develop a positive attitude.
