₹5,000 cr to be Offered to MSMEs in UP Under ODOP Scheme

The Uttar Pradesh government, under its flagship scheme One District, One Product (ODOP) is looking to disburse ₹5,000 crores worth of funds to MSME in the form of loans.

Navneet Sehgal, who is the UP principal secretary of MSME said that loans under ODOP will be offered to the entrepreneurs on October 2, 2019, i.e. on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

ODOP was launched in January 2018 to offer scaling opportunities to the traditional industries in 75 UP districts.
