1 lakh shops to participate in Amazon India’s festive sales

Amazon India said it has empowered more than one lakh local shops, kiranas and neighborhood stores the nation over through its different activities, a move that will help serve more clients this festive season.

More than 20,000 offline retailers, kiranas and neighborhood shops from ”Local Shops on Amazon” program will partake in ”Great Indian Festival” unexpectedly, selling different things like every day basics, huge machines and home stylistic theme items, an announcement said.

This arrangement helps retailers build up an advanced presence and extend their range, while permitting clients to shop from neighborhood stores in their city.

The program, which was dispatched in April this year, presently has in excess of 20,000 retailers in 400 urban communities, including Meerut, Ludhiana, Saharanpur, Surat, Indore, Ernakulum and Kanchipuram. More than 40% of the dealers are originating from outside the best 10 cities.
