48% Salaried Individuals Interested in Switching Jobs for Work Flexibility: Survey

According to a survey commissioned by top job portal Indeed, around 48% of employees would consider changing jobs if they get more flexibility. They said that if their current employer changes the remote work policy, they may be interested in changing their jobs.
The survey also found that 73% of respondents whose employers don’t offer remote working options want them to offer the alternative. Also, 53% of respondents said they don’t mind a pay deduction if they can have the option of remote working.
