7 out of 10 Top Firms Lose ₹86,878 cr in m-Cap, ITC Most Hit

According to a media report, 7 out of the top 10 most valued Indian companies lost as much as ₹86,879 crores in a market evaluation last week. It also said that ITC took the brunt.

The report said that while HUL, Infosys, and TCS enjoyed gains, HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank observed a drop in their market capitalization (m-cap). In terms of rankings, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was at the front and was followed by RIL, HDFC Bank, HUL, and HFCS.
