A new sustainable reporting regime for businesses

An expert panel set up by using the ministry of corporate affairs has proposed a brand new regime for corporations to file how sustainable and responsible they’re is similarly to being compliant with the law.
The panel led through Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, a joint secretary in the ministry, has advocated reporting formats a complete reporting regime and a ‘lite version.’ The reporting requirement is to be rolled out in a gradual manner.
