Aadhaar-enabled payment system into effect by Airtel Payment Bank

Aadhaar enabled payment systems launched by Airtel payment banks in India by which people from any bank can make digital transactions.
COO Ganesh Ananthanarayanan said, “Customers having Aadhaar linked to their account can make transactions and it is secured banking for all”.
AePS allows customers to carry out various transactions only if the Aadhaar is linked to their bank account by using their Aadhaar number or Virtual ID.
Airtel said, “It will increase security for the customers without disclosing their Aadhaar number or bank details to anyone”.
