Aadhaar Required if Seeking Treatment Under “Modicare“ Second Time
Although furnishing Aadhaar is not necessary for those seeking the benefits of the national healthcare scheme Ayushman Bharat, they may have to provide the same if receiving treatment for the second time, a government official said.

National Health Agency’s CEO Indu Bhushan who is also playing a pivotal role in the implementation of Ayushman Bharat said that Aadhaar is mandatory for second-time treatments.
