Asian Development Bank Approves USD 102 Million Loan to Train 2 Lakh Youngsters in Odisha

Asian Development Bank has given a green flag to a loan worth USD 102 million that’ll be used for training about 2 lakh youths in Odisha. With the help of this skill development training program, youngsters of ages between 15-34 will be able to get better jobs and salaries.

The total cost of the skill development project is USD 162 million out of which USD 60 million will be contributed by the Odisha government. The Japanese government will also offer technical assistance through the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction.
