Axis Bank selects AWS for digital transformation

Private sector lender Axis Bank has chosen Amazon Web Services (AWS) to speed up its digital transformation programme.

“As a part of a multi-year understanding, Axis Bank will draw on the broadness and profundity of AWS services, including compartments, information base, and process, to build an portfolio of new advanced banking experiences to clients, including on the web accounts that can be opened in less than six minutes and moment digital payments, helping the bank increment consumer satisfaction by 35% and lower costs by 24%,” AWS, an Amazon.com organization, said in an explanation on Tuesday.

Axis Bank has sent more than 25 crucial applications on AWS, including a Buy Now Pay Later product and new loan management framework to support it, Account Aggregator, Video-Know Your Customer, and WhatsApp banking.

Axis Bank additionally plans to move 70% of its on-premises data centre framework in the following two years to additionally diminish cost, further improve agility, and further improve client experience.
