Bajaj Allianz BOING Launched on Amazon’s Alexa

BOING, which is an Artificial Intelligence-powered chatbot of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, has debuted on Amazon’s Alexa. This makes the private general insurance company the first in the sector to offer a chatbot service on Amazon’s own voice-activated digital assistant.
At present, BOING is programmed to handle only general customer queries. However, it will soon be able to address specific and detailed queries about different types of insurance products that are offered by the company.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
