Barclays to Hire 100 New Employees

As a part of its second attempt in the last seven years to push the business further Barclays is going to hire 100 new staff. The positions will belong to several areas such as administration for management, relationship management to attract and serve new customers, and risk management, etc.
Barclays suffered a major loss in 2013, after which it shifted its business back to retail banking and even stopped disclosing its performance. However, data from Scorpio consultancy revealed that the private bank has $80 billion of AUM at the end of 2015.
As per the inside information, Barclays is going to try again, albeit with a different strategy this time as it will focus more on increasing profits rather than working on the products themselves.
