Content Crucial in Marketing Strategy, Accelerates Sales, Says Ellyn Raftery, FIS

Ellyn Raftery who is the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of Fortune 500 company FIS said that content has become a “centerpiece” in marketing strategies today. She said that people are not interested in reading like they used to which is why it’s become important to tell a unique story and build a purpose around brands.
Raftery who gave an interview to a leading advertising and marketing news company said that she is seeing new trends in the industry that include experimental marketing in which technologies like augmented reality and virtual reality are used. She said that chatbots have also become an important part of experimental marketing today.
