Cred Unveils New UPI Design with Exciting Rewards and Luxury Drops

Cred, the platform for paying credit card bills, has announced a fresh design update for its Unified Payments Interface (UPI) experience. The update, scheduled to roll out on March 22, comes packed with new features and rewards for every transaction. Additionally, Cred is offering exclusive luxury drops in certain locations across India.

The main highlight of the update is the introduction of a new rhodium-inspired visual design for the UPI interface. The design will showcase a silver skin that changes colors based on the surroundings. Moreover, an aura will illuminate while scanning QR codes, and users will earn jade, rose gold, and rhodium medallions upon completing transactions.

Cred’s objective is to elevate the rewarding experience for its users during the cricket season. Instead of limiting rewards to credit card bill payments, Cred will now extend rewards for every transaction made through its platform.

In addition, Cred has introduced a “streak” concept, where users can unlock rewards and mega jackpots by making five consecutive UPI payments. Users can also earn rewards by challenging friends to join Cred and start their streaks.

During the cricket season, Cred will present luxury rewards in Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai. Users stand a chance to win products from renowned brands like Meta, Nothing, Apple, Marshall, Tumi, Tom Ford, and Gucci by scanning QR codes at select locations such as bars, restaurants, stores, airports, and malls.
