Despite Limited Launches, Housing Sales Increase by 22%

A report by JLL India said that the annual housing sales saw a growth of 22% even when there was limited new launches during the period.

The report called “Residential Market Update – H1 2019” said that 58% of the new housing units that emerged in the prime markets in the first half of 2019 belonged to the mid-price and affordable segments. It also said that 60% of the total sales were made in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai alone.
