Digital Talent Must be Built from Schools, Universities to Bridge Demand-Supply Gap: McKinsey-India
February 21, 2019
In a recent interview, McKinsey-India leaders Kushe Bahl and Gregor Theisen said there is a huge shortage of digital talent across the world. Theisen said the companies need to set up their own training systems and the governments should look into the education systems of schools and universities to prepare for the changing market dynamics. Bahl said that India is both talent rich and talent poor because while we have a lot of tech and design talent, the projects we work on aren’t truly transformational or cutting-edge.
