The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) on Tuesday said it has set up a 24×7 helpline for information related to digital payment products and services, DigiSaathi. This has been launched for a consortium of payment and members involving banks and non-banking financial entities.

Known as DigiSaathi, the helpline will be available to all on WhatsApp to receive information related to digital payment products and services.
 
In an explanation, the NPCI said the DigiSaathi will help the clients with every one of their questions on digital payments by means of the chatbot office on WhatsApp by basically informing on +91 892 891 3333. It likewise added that the office will soon additionally be available on other social media channels also.
 
“DigiSaathi is accessible to clients by means of site and chatbot office at www.digisaathi.info, through complementary calls – 14431 and 1800 891 3333 and on WhatsApp by informing on +91 892 891 3333. The assistance will before long be accessible on additional web-based entertainment channels to meet client requirements,” the NPCI said in a statement.
 
Recently launched by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das, DigiSaathi is a mechanized reaction framework. Additionally, DigiSaathi likewise helps clients in addressing their inquiries connected with charge and Mastercards, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, PPI wallets, ATM, and mobile and net banking, among others.
