Empathetic Chatbots Developed by IBM with Artificial Intelligence

Chatbots are used by a larger number of websites today but few are advanced enough to understand the context and language used in conversations. Now, IBM India is working on next-gen chatbots that use artificial intelligence to offer a personalized experience to different clients and be more empathic towards them just like human customer support executives.
According to experts, India is a key player in the chatbot industry which is expected to handle up to 85% of customer interactions by 2020.
