India has seen an open economy for foreign investments in the last five years. FDI is going to face investigation in crucial sectors. The nation will tighten the security for the companies that want to invest.
India permits foreign companies to invest in India without government permission through the automatic route. Around 49% of foreign investments are seen in India through the automatic route.
According to the Industry department, FDI investment in India is around $26 billion in last year.
