FMCG firms partners businesses to sell hygiene kits

Packaged items firms are sewing up massive industrial deals providing hygiene merchandise at scale to companies as COVID fears heighten their usage outdoor of homes.

Last week, Unilever partnered with hospitality chain Oyo to offer hygiene kits comprising its Lifebuoy, Domex and other personal and domestic hygiene logo across its houses globally.

Mumbai-based fast moving customer items company Godrej Consumer products Ltd. (GCPL) that sells the Protekt emblem of hygiene products stated it is in talks for B-to-B tie-ups and ITC has started offering Savlon branded merchandise to its accommodations and some airways.

While such B-to-B sales are a low margin commercial enterprise, agencies are looking ahead to orders to head up as and whilst more corporations open up going forward.
