Future workplace will be hybrid model

The pickup in the Covid inoculation drive has encouraged a several associations to raise questions with experts on whether the way toward getting back to office can begin. Nonetheless, what’s undeniably getting clear and large organizations are setting a model is that a ‘mixture’ working environment will be the way forward.

What set the vibe of this pattern is a LinkedIn post by Unilever CHRO Leena Nair, where she said, “For all the misery the pandemic has brought is as yet bringing, one thing I trust we can take from this is the adaptability it has brought to organizations and to individuals. It is dreadful to get back to the way so many of us were working 40-hour weeks, long commutes.”

Nair said organizations have a chance to improve, adding that, while Unilever previously had flexible and agile working practices, the association is accepting that significantly more. “We’re still developing our plan, however one thing is sure: Things won’t ever return to the manner in which they were before 2020,” said Nair.
