Gender Gap in India Worse Than Brazil, Indonesia
According to the Gender Gap Index released by the World Economic Forum this year, India ranks at a low position of 108. Its neighbor Pakistan fared even poorly to secure only the 148th rank, and rival China stayed ahead by just a few positions as it stood at the 103rd position. However, developing nations like Brazil and Indonesia proved to be doing a lot better than others as they stood at the 95th position and 85th position respectively.
