Global Cyber Terror Not Over Yet, You Phone Could be Next Target

According to the country’s cyber security agency, we have not seen the last of WannaCry, which is the malware disrupting computer operations all across the world.
Sanjay Bahl, director general of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) said that multiple modules can still emerge from the malware and lead to disruptions. Smartphones could also be its next target, especially the ones using Android OS, which is the most popular platform. However, we don’t know what will happen if smartphones take a hit.
Bahl said that his team is preparing for potential cyber-attacks on mobiles, just in case.
