Google to expands its footprint including India among the other countries

Google has faced backlash recently for relying on third party agencies for low-cost, temporary workers.

Taking note of this criticism, Google is planning to hire 3,800 full-time employees by 2020.

The locations Google plans to open its Google Operation centers are Mississippi, Philippines, and India as well where the customer care support will be provided 24/7.

On behalf of Google, other third-party organizations used to handle data and customer care support or product troubleshooting problems and other user support problems.

The perks of working in Google Operations Centre is receiving industry-leading wages and benefits, including three weeks of paid vacation, up to 22 weeks of paid parental leave and comprehensive health care (medical, dental and vision coverage) and access to free meals at work.

This project provides user and customer support to Google’s customers and users around the world.
