Government to not change the financial year

The notification from government circled around to have not changed the financial year dates and will be proceeding the same way it has been since years.
The messages were sent from government because Gazette tried to spread news on change in dates for collection of stamps.
The RBI also had already proposed and announced the change its financial year in align to the government.
The fiscal year normal began from 1st of April (2020-21).
