GSTN Testing Phase Complete: Expect Smooth GST Launch

The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN), which’s the body responsible for the entire electronic backbone of the GST regime said that it has completed all the software tests and is set for a successful rollout.
According to GSTN chairman Navin Kumar, more than 66 lakh individuals have registered on the GSTN portal. He said that the company has completed all the software trials and opened the network on June 25 for new registrations.
The GSTN is open for registrations by taxpayers, e-commerce operators, and even GST practitioners.
