HDFC Bank’s Chatbot Now Works with Google Assistant

Private sector HDFC Bank recently announced that its AI (Artificial Intelligence)-powered chatbot “Eva” is now working with Google Assistant that’s available on the majority of mobile devices.
Eva is reported to have achieved an 85% accuracy in answering more than 5 million user queries, and now its services are accessible via Google Assistant as well.
HDFC Bank’s Country Head for Digital Banking Nitin Chugh said that the users can now interact with Eva using the Google Assistant by giving voice commands like “OK Google, talk to HDFC Bank”.
