India to Have Top Talent Surplus by 2030: Report

According to a recent report “The Salary Surge” by Korn Ferry, by 2030, India will be the only country in the world to not have the problem of upward revision of wages because it will have surplus top talent.
The other economies, on the other hand, being short of good talent would need to increase the salaries of the high-demand workers. This would increase the annual labor costs by more than $2.5 trillion for the companies across the globe, the report said.
