Indian Bank Revises FCNR Interest Rates

Indian Bank has changed the interest rates for its foreign currency non-resident (FCNR) term deposits. The new rate is 2.36% for deposits made for one year and more but less than two years, in comparison to the current 2.39%.  Similarly, for deposits made for two years and above but less than three years the interest rate is set to 2.50% from the current 2.58%. For three years and above but less than four years, the rate is 2.70% in comparison to the current 2.77%. For four years and above but less than five years, the rate is 2.82% in comparison to the current 2.87%. For deposits of five years, the rate is 2.89% in comparison to the current 2.97%.
