Indian consumers prefer digital mode for shopping

Indian purchasers are avoiding coins transactions and deciding on virtual over bodily modes of purchasing because the COVID -19 pandemic profits ground. According to the biweekly survey conducted by using expert services community Deloitte, the Indian patron seems to be tech-savvy, convenience seeker and one who has evolved to be socially aware amid social distancing and resultant isolation.

Titled ‘Global State of the Consumer Tracker,’ the survey insights were fielded the use of an internet panel in which customers over 18 years antique had been invited to finish the questionnaire (translated into local languages) thru e-mail.

The modern-day time frame is 15 April-15 July. Countries in awareness include India, Chile, China, Mexico, Australia, UK, US, amongst others.
