Indian rupee rose against US dollar

Indian Rupee jumped sharply against the US dollar by tracking growth in the domestic market. Today rupee closed higher against the US dollar as compared to the previous close.

RBI has introduced new trading hours for both bonds and foreign exchange due to the complete lockdown in the country.

The government is making plans to ease restrictions and there is a slowdown in extended gains in global markets due to the outbreak of corona virus.
