IndusInd Bank has launched an innovative brand campaign to promote its cutting-edge mobile banking app, ‘Indie.’ Indie, the bank’s new super-app, delivers a unique and personalized banking experience tailored for digitally-savvy customers. The campaign, titled ‘Everyday Banking shouldn’t feel like a battle,’ creatively portrays common banking challenges using ancient warriors, standing out amidst the ongoing Cricket World Cup advertising frenzy.

The core message highlights Indie’s focus on personalization, allowing users to customize their banking experience according to their needs. The app employs advanced analytics to offer tailored insights and introduces industry-first features such as accelerated rewards on preferred brands and top-notch security measures like numberless cards and dynamic ATM PINs. Even in low network areas, Indie ensures secure transactions by generating OTPs using Super-OTP.

Developed by Leo Burnett India, the campaign underscores Indie’s commitment to simplifying banking. Charu Sachdeva Mathur, Head of Digital Banking and Strategy at IndusInd Bank, expressed, “The campaign represents our mission to redefine everyday banking, making it simpler and more convenient for our customers.” With Indie, IndusInd Bank aims to revolutionize banking, promising a seamless, safe, and engaging financial experience for all users.
