Infosys signs tech deal with UCAS
The new technology contract, following a tender process, represents a major step in the relationship between Infosys and UCAS, focusing on delivering customer service experiences through more automation, innovation, and efficiency. 
 
UCAS provides admission and information services to students, schools, consultants, and higher education providers, offering more than 30,000 courses to imminent candidates every year. They help deliver the single greatest infrastructure event in the UK education sector yearly on results days each August. 
 
UCAS upholds around 700,000 candidates each year with 60,000 a larger number of this current year than in 2020, and current predictions suggesting there will be 1 million applicants to higher education in the UK by 2025. 
 
Infosys will give a range of digital services that will enable UCAS to develop the capabilities that connect students to colleges, awarding bodies, schools, and different associations, built on a unique advanced set-up of frameworks ready to quickly respond to the evolving UK higher education sector. 
 
Infosys will keep on focusing on assisting UCAS with accomplishing its targets on bringing down costs, improving, and upgrading services for students, delivering more robust security and providing business as usual (BAU) services between legacy and new digital systems.
